Dry roast the wheat flour in a large pan till it is light brown in color. This process may take about 15 to 20 minutes.
In the meanwhile boil water with sugar
Heat another pan and add the ghee and the almonds and fry them till the color changes, then the roasted flour, fry it for a little while.
Now add the water sugar mixture and stir it a few times till all the ingredients are mixed properly.
Cover and cook for another couple of minutes and switch off the heat and leave it for another 5 minutes before serving.
