Equipment
- Large Pan (A wok works great)
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups Whole Wheat Flour
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 3/4 cup Ghee
- 3 tbsp Almonds
- 3 cups Water
Instructions
- Dry roast the wheat flour in a large pan till it is light brown in color. This process may take about 15 to 20 minutes.
- In the meanwhile boil water with sugar
- Heat another pan and add the ghee and the almonds and fry them till the color changes, then the roasted flour, fry it for a little while.
- Now add the water sugar mixture and stir it a few times till all the ingredients are mixed properly.
- Cover and cook for another couple of minutes and switch off the heat and leave it for another 5 minutes before serving.
