Equipment

  • Large Pan (A wok works great)

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 3/4 cup Ghee
  • 3 tbsp Almonds
  • 3 cups Water

Instructions
 

  • Dry roast the wheat flour in a large pan till it is light brown in color. This process may take about 15 to 20 minutes. 
  • In the meanwhile boil water with sugar
  • Heat another pan and add the ghee and the almonds and fry them till the color changes, then the roasted flour, fry it for a little while.
  • Now add the water sugar mixture and stir it a few times till all the ingredients are mixed properly. 
  • Cover and cook for another couple of minutes and switch off the heat and leave it for another 5 minutes before serving.
